Frequently asked questions
Can I use my own screens and devices?
Yes. Free and Software run on your hardware - a web player in any modern browser, or our app on Android / Raspberry Pi. The SCM Box is only needed for ad detection and replacement.
How does billing work?
Monthly invoice in advance, payable within 15 days. In Serbia, EUR amounts are invoiced in RSD at the NBS middle rate. Annual billing gets the discounted software price (EUR 3.40 per screen).
Is there a contract?
Free needs no contract - just our Terms of Service. Software is monthly or annual with 30-day notice. SCM Box has a 12-month minimum; hardware remains ours, so we service and replace it.
What when one free screen is not enough?
You upgrade in place. Same account, same dashboard - add screens, connect devices, or order SCM Boxes.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, from 100+ screens. Larger fleets and multi-year contracts get custom pricing - contact us.
