Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Screen Maestro platform operated by Develomon ("we"). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.

1. The service

Screen Maestro is a digital signage platform: a cloud dashboard for managing campaigns, media and screens, together with player software and optional hardware under a separate contract.

2. Free tier

The free tier includes one screen per company (web player on your own hardware), a media library limited to 500 MB, campaign scheduling and basic online/offline monitoring. One free account per registered company. Provided "as is", without an availability guarantee (SLA).

3. Your account

The service is intended for business use. You are responsible for keeping login credentials safe and for the accuracy of information you provide.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of uploaded content and are solely responsible for its legality, including advertising rules that apply to your industry (for example tobacco products or games of chance). We provide the technology; we do not review or approve your content.

5. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law, including the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection. A data processing agreement is available on request for paid clients.

6. Availability and support

Support for free accounts is by email, without a guaranteed response time. SLA terms for paid packages are defined in the individual service contract.

7. Termination

You may stop using the free tier at any time. We may close free accounts inactive for more than 12 months, with prior email notice. Upon termination you may request an export of your content within 30 days.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard at least 15 days in advance.
